bare memories
Although I’ve been making music pretty much my entire life, I am still new to the recording process. Over the past couple of years I’ve written and recorded tons of songs, and while some turn out better than others, it’s a struggle to recreate the raw feeling that the first recordings of a song has. When it’s just me and my piano, recording on my phone, there’s a bare-bones beauty that doesn’t always translate to the finished product. So before I release some of the newest stuff I’ve been working on, I wanted to put this project into the world as a representation of where my music comes from: bare memories
